Beginning of autumn, after around two hours walk, I got to have some coffee here.

The prodigious works of nature. Volcanic landscape.
The colour of the water changes every moment because of the clouds, sunlight and its reflection, might be depends on the depth of the water...
Last night, I slept in the rain in my tent near the mountain. Fortunately, the rain had stopped early in the morning.
"Oonami crater", 50,000 years old, Kirishima, Kagoshima, Japan.

近くで噴出する火山の水蒸気の音。うごきの速い霧が登ってきては湖に沈み、去ってゆく。湖に残る龍の伝説。霧島、大浪池。
いくつかの生き物に出会った。

きょうは、うさ鹿蝶でよかった。もう少しで猪鹿蝶。猪は、やはり怖い。
国立公園内の鹿が人に慣れていることがとても気になる。鹿の食害、大面積のササの枯死。今後、林床植生が変化することによって生態系への影響が考えられる。
我々が享受している自然の恵みは、強いようで同時に非常にデリケートなのだろう。
そして、自然と時間の造形に、人間の力は、決して及ばない。
